SATS Preparation - Stage 2b, Mindfulness tips (Video)
Here is the second part of the mindfulness tips to go with yesterday's mindful pens video. This one is shorter as it builds on the skills we already learnt yesterday, and applies them to other areas of our SATS preparation. If you combine what you learnt yesterday with today's session, and practice every day this week, you should be well-prepared to move on to the visualisation next week.
Towards the end of this week I will be releasing another video/audio aimed at focusing your mind on a moment of calm. Come back over the weekend to find out more. In the meantime, continue to practice your mindful pens, and the techniques in this video, for 20-30 seconds at a time throughout your day.
